Design of Furnace volume &
arrangement water wall tubes gives more heating
surface in radiant zone to achieve maximum heat &
complete combustion also avoid carry-over blockage
in S. H. Zone. Variety of fuels & their
combustion can be used. (Example :Bio Gas & bagasse
also Wood, Coal, Rice-husk etc., can be effectively
burnet individually & in combination )keeping the
steam raising cost low.
Fuel burns in suspension resulting in complete
combustion. Arrangement for quick removal of ash
without stopping the boiler provided so that the
rate of the evaporation or working pressure do not
stop. Provision of attemperation controls
temperature.
